STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, subscriptions, and program-based services offered through Love Well Spent, including but not limited to ConnectWell, the Digital Access Grant (DAG) program, homeschool resources, and community initiatives.
By completing a purchase, submitting an application, or participating in a Love Well Spent service, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Eligibility
Our programs and services are offered to individuals, families, and organizations who meet our mission-aligned criteria. Love Well Spent reserves the right to verify eligibility and to approve or deny access at its discretion.
2. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change with notice.
- Payment is required at the time of order or as per subscription terms.
- We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions.
Nonprofit Discounts: Certain organizations may qualify for reduced rates or subsidies, subject to verification and program availability.
3. Subscription Services
- Some services (like internet access through ConnectWell) operate on a monthly subscription basis.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the provided billing portal.
- Love Well Spent reserves the right to pause or cancel services due to non-payment.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Physical products (e.g., devices) are shipped within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Tracking information is provided when available.
- Love Well Spent is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Refunds & Returns
- Devices may be returned within 22 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original condition.
- SIM cards and prepaid equipment are not refundable.
- Program registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Usage Guidelines
- All services must be used lawfully and in alignment with our mission.
- We reserve the right to suspend or revoke service for misuse, abuse, or policy violations.

7. Privacy and Data Handling
- We collect only the information needed to provide services.
- Data is never sold and is shared only with partners as needed to fulfill program delivery.
