What We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to assess eligibility, deliver service, and provide support, including:
- Name, contact details, and shipping address
- Household composition and income range
- Device preference and internet access needs
- Program usage status (e.g., application approval, service activation)
If you receive a hotspot device, we may also receive limited usage or connectivity information for support purposes.
Why We Collect It
We use this information to:
- Evaluate eligibility for internet access and subsidies
- Process device orders and set up service
- Provide technical support and customer service
- Track program participation and impact (in aggregate form)
- Send communications about service, renewals, and support
How We Store & Protect It
- Your data is securely stored in Odoo, Jotform, and Stripe (for payments)
- Access is limited to authorized Love Well Spent team members only
- We use encryption, secure passwords, and two-factor authentication where applicable
- We do not store full credit card information on our systems
Who We Share It With
We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or third-party marketers. We may share limited data with:
- Our technology infrastructure partners (e.g., internet providers and logistics vendors) to fulfill service
- Donors and funders in aggregate, anonymous form only (e.g., “78% of participants were single-parent households”)
- Law enforcement, only if required by law
